Job Description

As a Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Manage day-to-day finance activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to support clear business decisions.
  • Review financial data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective financial controls and accurate supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate the finance timetable and ensure key reporting activities are completed on schedule.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather financial information and address finance-related queries.
  • Improve finance processes to strengthen accuracy, consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide reliable finance input for the Accounting & Finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager/ Assistant Finance Manager should have:

  • Experience in finance operations and financial reporting.
  • Strong ability to maintain accurate financial records and analyse financial data.
  • Knowledge of financial controls and documentation processes.
  • Ability to identify and resolve finance-related discrepancies.
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders on finance matters.
  • Good organisational skills to manage reporting deadlines and competing priorities.

  • Salary range of HKD 600000 to HKD 700000.
