Job Description

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and distribution clients to expand cross-border investment business;

Build and strengthen partnerships with ETF ecosystem participants, including market makers and investment banks;

Monitor ETF market developments, industry trends and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities;

Work closely with Product, Investment, Marketing and Operations teams to support ETF launches and marketing initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Existing institutional or distribution client network is preferred;

Good understanding of ETF primary and secondary market operations;

Experience in ETFs or cross-border investment business is preferred;

Knowledge of derivatives (futures, options, swaps, etc.) and hedging strategies is an advantage.

Experienced professionals: Relevant experience in capital markets, ETFs or related

5-10 years' experience is preferred.
