Job Description

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, managing, and supervising construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency.
  • Support with Tender bidding, conduct risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Building Services or electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the Property industry.
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
