Job Description

  • Lead client acquisition across institutional and corporate segments, driving the end-to-end sales process
  • Establish and expand distribution partnerships with banks, securities firms, and other financial intermediaries in Hong Kong and the region
  • Act as a key interface between clients and the investment team, ensuring effective communication of investment strategy and performance
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality marketing and client materials, including pitchbooks, DDQs, RFP responses, and client presentations
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive retention and AUM growth
  • Support product development initiatives, including structuring new funds, preparing offering documents, and coordinating regulatory filings
  • Contribute to broader business development and marketing initiatives, including market intelligence and internal reporting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services, preferably with a buy-side institution
  • Proven track record in institutional sales and/or distribution in Hong Kong and/or Greater China markets
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border investment landscape, including Mainland China and Hong Kong markets
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for client coverage
  • Strong client-facing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
