Job Description

As a Director, Infrastructure Planning & Systems Administration, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead system planning activities to align technology priorities with business needs.
  • Oversee the administration of business systems to support reliable day-to-day operations.
  • Set clear plans for system changes, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate technology activities across relevant internal teams to keep delivery on track.
  • Review system requirements and translate them into practical implementation plans.
  • Monitor system administration work and address operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation for system plans, processes and key technology activities.
  • Provide direction on system planning priorities within the Technology department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director, Infrastructure Planning & Systems Administration should have:

  • Strong capability in system planning and technology administration.
  • Experience overseeing business system operations and planned system changes.
  • Ability to develop practical system plans that respond to business requirements.
  • Knowledge of technology processes, system maintenance and administration activities.
  • Ability to review complex information and identify clear next steps.
  • Confidence coordinating technology work across internal stakeholders.
