Job Description

As a Digital Project Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and digital transformation projects, from initiation through implementation and rollout
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, roadmap, and success metrics for AI initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data, product, risk, compliance, and external vendors
  • Manage project governance, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
  • Translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear, actionable plans for business stakeholders
  • Drive Agile delivery, facilitating ceremonies and ensuring timely delivery of milestones
  • Provide clear status reporting to senior management and steering committees

The Successful Applicant

A successful Digital Project Manager should have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering digital or technology transformation projects
  • Proven experience managing AI, data, automation, or advanced analytics projects is strongly preferred
  • Background in management consulting or large system integrators is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in insurance or financial services environments is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and traditional delivery methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Immediate availability preferred
