Job Description

  • Overseeing cost control and budgeting processes for property projects.
  • Developing and implementing cost management strategies to optimise project expenditures.
  • Monitoring project financial performance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analysing financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting and reporting.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong cost control systems and procedures.
  • Managing vendor and contractor relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the cost and controls team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with professional qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development
  • Strong leadership, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritise work under tight schedules
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is a must

What's on Offer

  • An annual salary ranging from HKD 1,400,000 to HKD 2,000,000, paid over 12 months.
  • Permanent position within the property industry.
