  • Overseeing the trade services operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction within the trade services division.
  • Leading a team of 20 to deliver high-quality trade finance solutions to clients in the financial services sector.
  • Monitoring operational risks and implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes impacting trade services.
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Driving innovation and digital transformation within the trade services function.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 20 years of trade finance operations experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams
  • A track record of driving operational improvements and implementing innovative solutions.
