Job Description

  • Lead delivery of digital messaging across eDM, SMS, push and emerging channels
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle: scoping, build, testing, deployment, and optimisation
  • Partner with business, analytics and tech teams for campaign execution
  • Drive high-quality, scalable CRM communications and customer engagement
  • Perform hands-on data analysis to support lead generation and campaign tracking
  • Generate actionable insights to improve performance and customer experience
  • Ensure seamless rollout and ongoing support of messaging initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy and operational excellence in all deliverables

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields
  • Experience in data/analytics roles within retail banking environment
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and automation
  • Exposure to AI initiatives (e.g. AI agents, RAG implementations)
  • Familiarity with CRM/digital messaging tools (e.g. SFMC, AEM, Pega)
  • Knowledge of SAS, Tableau or QlikSense is advantageous
  • Strong analytical thinking, organisation and problem-solving ability
  • Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-driven with high standards for quality and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and service mindset
