  • Supporting sales operations by ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery coordination.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in the internal database system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Preparing reports and documentation to support operational and sales activities.
  • Assisting in the development and improvement of customer service procedures and workflows.
  • Monitoring customer feedback and providing actionable insights to improve service quality.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant

  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in sales support or operational roles, preferably within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
