About Our Client

Our client is a large organisation in the financial services industry, known for its focus on delivering robust banking and financial solutions to its clients.

Job Description

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of credit documentation, including facility letters, demand letters, security documents, charges, and releases.
  • Verify all conditions precedent before processing credit requests in systems.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of due diligence documents and collateral valuations.
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of executed security and credit files.
  • Handle inquiries from Marketing colleagues and provide effective solutions.
  • Participate in workflow enhancement projects, user testing, and other ad-hoc tasks.

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's Degree holder or above.
  • Strong understanding of due diligence documents / loan processing / credit administration.
  • Proficient in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.), including Excel advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTable, Power Query, VBA/Macros)
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for credit documentation.


  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
