Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver internal communications and engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and distribute a variety of internal content, including leadership messages, intranet updates, digital materials, and event communications.
  • Oversee internal communication platforms and editorial calendars, ensuring consistent, timely, and relevant messaging across audiences.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns and engagement programs, partnering with stakeholders to drive awareness and participation.
  • Coordinate logistics and communications for employee events, leadership forums, and town halls, tracking engagement and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while managing multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Create impactful content and reports to highlight company initiatives, achievements, and community contributions.
  • Lead communication efforts for employee giving and charitable campaigns, including reporting and participation tracking.
  • Support broader community engagement initiatives, including fundraising activities and corporate social responsibility programs.



The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal corporate communications or a similar role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, such as intranet systems and email marketing software.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
