Job Description

As a Finance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Overseeing cash flow management and financial planning.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to optimise financial processes.
  • Supervising and mentoring accounting staff.
  • Managing audits and liaising with external auditors.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and reporting standards.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
