Job Description

Travel Consultation & Customer Service:

Advise premium members via phone, email, and chat in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Understand each client's preferences and requirements to provide tailored travel recommendations.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term member relationships.Travel Planning & Booking:

Design and arrange customized travel experiences including:

International and domestic flights

Luxury hotels and villas

Car rentals and rail travel

Cruises and package holidays

Private aviation and yacht charters

Airport transfers and VIP services

Manage travel reservations and bookings with airlines, hotels, and destination management partners.

Prepare travel itineraries, travel documentation, and visa-related information.Travel Research & Sales:

Conduct detailed destination research and develop personalized travel proposals.

Recommend luxury experiences, exclusive events, and lifestyle services where appropriate.

Stay informed about travel trends, airline products, destinations, and industry developments.Operations & Administration:

Maintain accurate client records and booking information.

Ensure compliance with booking procedures, fare regulations, and travel documentation requirements.

Handle complex and time-sensitive requests with exceptional attention to detail.

The Successful Applicant

Native or near-native proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin

Fluent written and spoken English

Ability to communicate confidently with international clients and travel partners.

Proven experience in a travel consultant, flight consultant, travel advisor, concierge, or luxury travel role.

Experience working within a travel agency, tour operator, luxury travel company, lifestyle management firm, or similar environment.

Track record of managing complex travel arrangements and luxury travel bookings.

Strong understanding of international airfares, routing, ticketing, and multi-sector itineraries.

Experience handling First Class and Business Class travel bookings is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of global leisure destinations and luxury travel products.

Experience creating bespoke travel itineraries for affluent or high-net-worth clients.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Resilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented when managing changing travel requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
