Job Description

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and internal control frameworks.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating compliance and regulatory risks across the organization.
  • Participate in internal investigations, remediation projects, and control enhancement initiatives when required.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on compliance-related matters.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on business operations.
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation for management review.
  • Provide guidance and compliance training to business units and employees.
  • Support governance, risk management, and internal audit-related projects on an ad hoc basis.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minium 3 years of relevant experience, and open to candidates from Big 4 Audit Firms and Second-tier Audit Frims.
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or audit functions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting purposes.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
