Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Review, enhance and maintain policies and procedures to align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring and transaction reviews to support effective risk management and control processes.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and assist in managing audit-related activities and remediation actions.
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes on regulatory obligations, internal policies and ethical conduct.
  • Support business management initiatives and participate in departmental projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compliance, audit or a related control function, preferably within private banking, wealth management business.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
