Job Description

As a Compliance Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing compliance policies and risk management frameworks.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Preparing detailed reports and updates for senior management.
  • Responding to compliance-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Compliance Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. with CPA qualification
  • 6+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, or governance roles.
  • Experience gained from regulated sectors, MNCs, listed companies, or professional firms is preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing compliance and risk frameworks.
  • Exposure to regulatory engagement and audits is highly desirable.
