Our client is an international law firm, with their Hong Kong office based in Central.

Job Description

As a Company Secretary Assistant/Officer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining statutory records and corporate documents.
  • Handling company filings with regulatory authorities in compliance with local requirements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of board resolutions and meeting minutes.
  • Providing support for annual general meetings and other corporate meetings.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on corporate governance matters.
  • Maintaining and updating company records and databases.
  • Monitoring deadlines to ensure timely submission of statutory filings.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc secretarial tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

The required candidate will be a degree holder with relevant company secretarial experience gained from professional firms or other law firms. Experience in handling private companies is ideal, as well as a fluency in English and Chinese and experience in using CSA software.
