Job Description

  • Managing repayment schedules and ensuring timely collections from customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer transactions and payment histories.
  • Communicating effectively with customers to address repayment concerns or queries.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Monitoring customer accounts to identify overdue payments and taking necessary actions.
  • Providing regular reports on repayment and collection activities to management.
  • Adhering to company policies and compliance standards within the Banking & Financial Services department.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-2 years of experience in repayment, collections, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
