Project Delivery & ExecutionLead the full project lifecycle for the Cloud Telephony Programme-from initiation through delivery and production stabilization.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and budgets.Drive cross‑functional coordination to ensure all technical and business deliverables are met.Oversee system integration with 2-3 key applications and existing call systems.Ensure high‑quality delivery through structured testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and post‑launch monitoring.2. Vendor ManagementServe as the primary contact for external vendors and service integrators.Manage vendor performance, SLAs, delivery commitments, and issue resolution.Lead vendor assessments, negotiation of scope, and management of contracts.Ensure vendor compliance with technical, security, and operational standards.3. Technical LeadershipProvide oversight and guidance on cloud telephony solutions, including CCaaS capabilities, SIP, VoIP, call routing, IVR, and integration frameworks.Collaborate with architects to validate solution design, integration patterns, and scalability.Oversee application and call system integration activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.Manage system readiness, data migration, environment setup, and deployment preparation.4. Stakeholder & Communication ManagementWork closely with business users, IT teams, operations, and security to ensure alignment on scope and outcomes.Present progress updates, dashboards, and risk assessments to senior leadership.Proactively manage expectations, dependencies, risks, and issues.5.
