Job Description

As a IT Director/ CTO, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing the IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Leading and managing the entire technology department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Driving innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and practices.
  • Collaborating with senior management to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Managing budgets and resources for technology projects effectively.
  • Mentoring and developing IT talent within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful IT Director / CTO should have:

  • A strong background in technology leadership within the financial services (bank, fintech industry).
  • Proven expertise in IT strategy development and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
