Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a large team of Engineers to provide support for applications and network operational systems;
  • Look after the whole design, configuration, and maintenance of network landscape;
  • To be the final escalation point for a complex technical issues requiring advanced troubleshooting or inccidents;
  • Define and maintain SOPs to meet SLAs with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Align network and application strategies with architectural goals and industry standards;
  • Improve system reliability, security, and performance through process enhancements;
  • Prepare performance reports and drive continuous improvement in quality assurance.

The Successful Applicant

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems or relevant field;
  • AT LEAST 8 years or above of extensive network operational support and applications support experience;
  • Leadership experience is a MUST;
  • CCIE OR HCIE is a MUST;
  • Proficient in incident troubleshooting, fault identification, and isolation;
  • MUST be able to speak Cantonese;
