Job Description

  • Report directly to the Regional CEO and deal with the Board directly
  • Lead a supervise a team size of over 30 people
  • Overseeing the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards
  • Providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and expansion
  • Managing financial risks and implementing effective internal controls
  • Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborating with the executive team to develop and execute corporate strategies
  • Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders and the board

The Successful Applicant

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA)
  • At least 20-25 years of working related experience in accounting and finance
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels
  • Open to different nationality with Hong Kong PR or possess the right to work in Hong Kong
  • Strong command of English
