Job Description

  • Overseeing the client on-boarding and approval process to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of client documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve any compliance-related issues.
  • Providing guidance and support on regulatory requirements to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and updating procedures to reflect changes in regulatory frameworks.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with client on-boarding processes.
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
