Our client, a healthcare and wellness is looking for a Business Lead to oversee the growth and operational excellence and drive strategic initiatives to achieve commercial objectives.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Identify new business opportunities including partnerships, services, and expansion initiatives
  • Oversee daily operations of the healthcare / wellness centre, ensuring efficiency and service quality
  • Work with medical and wellness professionals to design customer-centeric solutions
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns
  • Build referral channels with doctors, corporate clients, insurers, and partners
  • Manage budgets, P&L, and cost structures of the centre
  • Lead, coach, and manage a cross-functional team (operations, customer service, sales, healthcare staff)

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-oriented industries
  • Proven experience in business management, operations, or P&L ownership
  • Experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven
  • Strong ownership and accountability
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
  • Excellence communicating skills in English and Chinese
