Job Description

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions between business and technical teams.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Support system enhancement, integration, and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct impact assessments and support solution design activities.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing, defect management, and deployment support.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Analyst should have:

  • 2-4 years of Business Analyst experience in either business or technology-focused environments.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured functional specifications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in project-driven environments.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Technology-related project exposure or prior IT background would be advantageous.
