Job Description

  • Support sales tool enhancements and backend support system integration projects.
  • Participate in system revamp and business transformation initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions and workshops with business and technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and related project documentation.
  • Liaise with development teams and testing teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Support project delivery for new business and underwriting system initiatives.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 3 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Proven hands-on experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
  • Strong experience preparing BRDs and functional requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with the capability to interpret complex business information.
  • Ability to structure processes and provide clear recommendations.
  • Experience working with both business users and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, underwriting, or related system projects is advantageous.
