About Our Client

Our client is a leading insurance organization undergoing continuous business and digital transformation. Due to ongoing project expansion and technology investment, they are looking to hire multiple Business Analysts to support large-scale system enhancement, product development, and business process improvement initiatives.

Job Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align technology solutions with business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support system implementation, enhancement, integration, and maintenance activities.
  • Participate in product launches, system enhancements, process improvement initiatives, and production support.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and requirement documentation for business initiatives.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Investigate production issues and work with technical teams to drive resolution.
  • Manage multiple initiatives while ensuring quality delivery within project timelines.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or equivalent.
  • Experience within the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, system implementation, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, product launches, change requests, and production support.
  • Exposure to insurance products, policy administration, new business processes, claims, underwriting, or distribution channels would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin).
