We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver solutions that support business objectives. Candidates with insurance industry experience are highly preferred, though strong Business Analysts from other financial services sectors will also be considered.

Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and support solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with front-end and back-end development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and implementation activities.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively drive issue resolution.
  • Prepare business process flows, user stories, use cases, and related project documentation.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and stakeholder expectations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience within the insurance industry is highly preferred.
  • Candidates from other financial services sectors (banking, wealth management, asset management, fintech, etc.) will also be considered.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to working with front-end and/or back-end development teams.
  • Strong ability to drive discussions, facilitate decision-making, and achieve alignment among stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
