Job Description

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of banking or financial system projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
  • Drive project planning, timelines, budget control, and resource allocation
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
  • Ensure systems and processes meet regulatory and risk requirements
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and service performance
  • Identify risks and resolve project issues effectively
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and operational improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Strong experience in delivering system implementation or digital projects
  • Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred)
