Job Description

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital banking products
  • Define product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition
  • Drive digital adoption, usage, and revenue growth
  • Translate business goals into product features and priorities
  • Analyse customer data to optimise journeys and performance
  • Lead product backlog, user stories, and Agile delivery cycles
  • Collaborate with IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions
  • Partner with business, marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • 9+ years in product management roles within Digital/ Retail/ Corporate Banking
  • Exposure on Deposit, Loan or Fee Income Products will be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen with commercial mindset
  • Proven experience managing digital product lifecycles
  • Excellent knowledge in digital channels, including technical, market place and customer considerations
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities and the ability to lead and influence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Understanding of regulatory environment in banking
