Job Description

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
  • Monitoring and analysing operational workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of banking processes.
  • Providing guidance and training to team members on compliance and operational protocols.
  • Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Handling escalations and resolving operational issues effectively and promptly.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
