The AVP - Listing and Regulation will focus on delivering high-quality accounting and finance services in a professional and fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport the assessment and administration of matters relating to listed issuers, including reviewing corporate announcements and circulars, processing applications for additional securities listings, handling regulatory enquiries, and evaluating waiver requests. Ensure all matters are managed efficiently in accordance with relevant Listing Rules and that investors receive timely and transparent information.Assist in the ongoing oversight of listed companies' activities by monitoring unusual trading and price movements, identifying relevant market and media developments for further review, and coordinating follow-up actions relating to trading suspensions and resumptions.
