Job Description

  • Managing the confirmation process for capital markets transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address discrepancies in transaction details.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all confirmations meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve process efficiency and minimise operational risks.
  • Supporting audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Monitoring and resolving any confirmation-related queries or issues promptly.
  • Contributing to process enhancements and system updates to streamline operations.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree
  • Solid experience in FX and Money Market operations, including trade confirmations, settlements, and back-office processes.
  • Good understanding of settlement infrastructures, payment systems, and operational risk controls, including SWIFT and RTGS.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese.
