Job Description

  • Engage stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
  • Drive strategic projects, business initiatives, budgeting, and fundraising activities
  • Support investor on-boarding and due diligence processes
  • Oversee development and enhancement of fund and deal life-cycle systems
  • Facilitate cross-regional meetings; prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Develop and monitor team performance frameworks and people processes
  • Support strategic planning and alignment with head office objectives
  • Identify process improvements and manage ad hoc operational initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Postgraduate degree; CPA, ACCA, or legal qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 7 year's experience in private equity or buy-side environment
  • Experience working with COO, Business Management, or control functions preferred
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across seniority levels
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Strong reporting and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
