  • Providing excellent customer service to clients in cash management operations.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
  • Performing daily cash transaction processing and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the department.
