About Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business growth within the office furniture sector. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a strong network and proven success in premium furniture sales. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while representing a portfolio of high-end furnishing solutions.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, developers, corporate clients, and end users.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product consultations to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation through to closing and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client engagements.
  • Ensure sales objectives and performance targets are consistently achieved.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience within the office furniture, home furniture, or interior solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales process, from business development to deal closure.
  • Strong understanding of the European luxury furniture market is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience mentoring or guiding sales team members.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
