Our client is a well-established and financially stable trading company with a long-standing presence in Hong Kong. Due to business growth and team expansion, they are seeking a qualified and hands-on Assistant Manager to oversee treasury operations and financial reporting functions.

Job Description

  • Manage daily treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, liquidity management, banking facilities, and fund movement.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and support banking-related matters.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors, bankers, and tax advisors.
  • Support internal control enhancement and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects as assigned by management.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Qualified CPA, ACCA, HKICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, treasury, and financial reporting.
  • Experience gained from trading, distribution, manufacturing, or commercial environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and treasury management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin).
