The Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance will oversee the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-standard technology solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on maintaining quality control in the Technology & Telecoms industry.

Job Description

  • Maintain and strengthen QMS frameworks aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and related standards
  • Handle end‑to‑end internal and external ISO audit activities to ensure compliance
  • Support the creation, enhancement, and documentation of quality procedures and policies
  • Deliver training on ISO practices, audit readiness, and quality awareness
  • Champion continuous improvement programs to optimize quality workflows
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans to resolve non‑conformities
  • Track, analyze, and report core quality KPIs and compliance metrics
  • Drive corporate process standardization initiatives including risk, KPI, and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to embed quality discipline into operations

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Business, Quality Management, Operations, IT, or related fields
  • At least 5 years' experience in ISO quality management; IT industry exposure preferred
  • Solid understanding of QMS operation, ISO framework setup, and ongoing maintenance
  • Auditor training in ISO 9001 / ISO 20000 / ISO 27001 is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
  • Self‑driven, attentive to detail, and capable of handling multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and document control systems
  • Passionate about improvement, governance, and compliance excellence
  • Strong English and Chinese communication skills
