About Our Client

Our client a well-established large organization operating in the banking/financial services sector.

Job Description

  • Develop and edit digital content, including UX copy, microcopy, and instructional text across web and mobile platforms
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment of tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with UX designers and researchers to deliver content for wireframes and prototypes
  • Support usability testing by refining copy based on user feedback and data insights
  • Work on a range of digital products and user journeys across different business functions
  • Maintain and contribute to content guidelines and style standards
  • Perform quality assurance and peer reviews to ensure high-quality content delivery
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Interaction Design, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting and/or editing, preferably in UX writing or digital content
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or insurance industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written proficiency in Traditional and Simplified Chinese
  • Hands-on experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, or InDesign
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum working environment
  • Interest in AI tools and content automation, with willingness to explore and adopt new technologies
