Job Description

  • Support distribution planning and stock allocation across boutiques to optimise inventory performance
  • Analyse sales, stock levels, and demand trends to ensure right stock in the right place at the right time
  • Partner with retail and merchandising teams to drive sell-through and minimise stock imbalance
  • Monitor key KPIs (sell-through, stock cover, ageing) and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Assist in seasonal launches, product allocation strategies, and inventory optimisation initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of distribution plans



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
  • 5 years+ of experience in distribution planning / supply planning / merchandising within retail or luxury
  • Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel / data analysis skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in luxury or premium retail will be an advantage
  • Highly fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
