About Our Client

Our client is an international luxury retail firm and has a strong presence across the globe. They are currently looking for an additional support to their accounting & finance team.

Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of accounts receivable (AR) functions
  • Handle inter-company transactions, including reconciliation and settlement across entities
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments via email
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in month-end closing and AR reporting
  • Support ad hoc finance projects and audits as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' accounting experience
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in accounting ERP System (such as Oracle / SAP) is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the retail industry would be an advantage
