As an Application Developer-RPA in the Technology & Telecoms industry, you will design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency. This temporary role is based in Hong Kong and offers a chance to work on impactful technology projects.

Job Description

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and automation specialists.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of business processes using Pega Case Management and workflow capabilities.
  • Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Pega best practices.
  • Develop and maintain Case Types, Stages, Flows, Data Pages, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and solution designs.
  • Work closely with testing teams to ensure solution quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Support process optimization and automation initiative delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 to 5 years of experience within IT, preferably in process automation, BPM, or workflow solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience developing solutions on the Pega Platform.
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Pega Case Management
    • Workflow design
    • Stages and Flows
    • Process modelling best practices
  • Experience with:
    • Pega Rules development
    • Data Pages
    • Declarative Rules
    • REST/SOAP integrations
    • Connectors and Services
  • Knowledge of Pega Blueprint is preferred.
  • Experience with Pega RPA or RPA integration is advantageous.
  • Previous team leadership or technical mentoring experience is advantageous.
