About Our Client

Our client is a leading diversified group with a strong presence across property development, hospitality, and lifestyle businesses throughout Asia. As part of their continued growth and commitment to strong corporate governance, they are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join their regional audit team.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute risk-based internal audit assignments across property and hospitality business units.
  • Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, operational processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and emerging risks, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and follow up on audit findings and remediation efforts.
  • Assist in developing annual audit plans based on risk assessments.
  • Review compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
  • Support special investigations, ad hoc reviews, and process improvement initiatives when required.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to promote a strong risk and control culture across the organization.



The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified Accountant with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
  • 4-6 years of internal or external audit experience, ideally gained within property, real estate, hospitality, hotel operations, construction environments
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and corporate governance principles
  • Willingness to travel for regional audit assignments
