Job Description

As an AI Engineer/ML Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications to support diverse business initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency and business value.
  • Build intelligent solutions leveraging modern AI methodologies and emerging technologies.
  • Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from proof of concept through deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Develop application services and integrate internal and external systems through APIs and related technologies.
  • Partner with engineering, analytics, and product teams in an agile and continuous delivery environment.
  • Establish testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks to ensure solution reliability and performance.
  • Research and assess new technologies to continuously improve application capabilities and user experience.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Engineer/ML Engineer should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying production-grade AI or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Strong programming skills and experience building scalable applications in modern development environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Knowledge of application architecture, system integration, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
