Job Description

As an AI Adoption & Transformation Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of digital solutions to support business objectives.
  • Managing end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address technology needs.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for new digital initiatives.
  • Overseeing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all digital projects.
  • Providing insights and regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
  • Driving continuous improvement in digital processes and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Adoption & Transformation Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing digital projects within the financial services industry.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, with at least 3+ years in a role specifically managing AI/ML or complex digital solution delivery in financial services and/or Fintech related industries. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, GenAI, etc.), data engineering and cloud platforms (GCP)
  • Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, SQL and Python
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application in business processes.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
