Job Description



    • Lead cross-functional business and operational projects, partnering with front office, risk, support functions, and senior management to align execution with strategic objectives.


    • Drive stakeholder management and communications across a broad range of internal teams, providing regular progress updates, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring alignment on key initiatives.


    • Analyze business processes, operational performance, and risks to identify improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and support informed business decisions.


    • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear communication of project status, business insights, risks, and strategic recommendations.



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/ Masters degree holder
  • Proven experience in project management and strategic planning.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of banking and financial services regulations and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Chinese writing is required
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
