Accountant - Consolidation

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our client's finance team. The successful candidate will support group consolidation and financial reporting while liaising closely with finance teams across overseas subsidiaries.

Our client is a reputable corporate group with subsidiaries operating across various overseas markets. The company offers a stable platform for finance professionals to gain hands-on exposure to group reporting, consolidation and cross-border coordination.

Job Description

  • Support the preparation of group consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with HKFRS
  • Review financial submissions from overseas subsidiaries and ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with group requirements
  • Prepare management reports, financial analyses and supporting schedules for management review
  • Coordinate with overseas finance teams to resolve reporting issues and facilitate timely period-end closing
  • Assist in improving group reporting procedures, templates and internal controls
  • Handle ad hoc financial analysis and other accounting assignments as required



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • Relevant experience in financial accounting, financial reporting or audit, open to Fresh Graduates
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with overseas finance teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting or financial reporting systems
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin)
