Our client is currently looking for an Account Opening Assistant with focus in account opening, client documentation checking and KYC review for investment banking clients. Candidate with relevant of working experience within banking or financial services are welcomed to apply!

Our client is a one of the top Chinese investment bank known for its strong capital markets, investment banking, and institutional securities capabilities, offering exposure to high-profile transactions. Their department is currently looking for an Account Opening Assistant with focus in account opening client documentation check, KYC, due diligence and operation works.

Job Description

  • Processing new account applications and verifying client documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies during account setup.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Communicating with internal teams to resolve any account-related issues.
  • Providing support in the review of account opening procedures and documentation.
  • Assisting with reporting and audit preparation as required.
  • Responding promptly to inquiries related to account opening processes.
  • Contributing to process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • Relevant working experience in account opening/ KYC field within banking/ Financial Services sector
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English and Chinese
