The HR department is responsible for guiding workforce strategy and ensuring seamless talent management, with focus to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Job Description

  • Serve as a key resource for employees and HR Business Partners, offering both operational and advisory support throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns or directing them to relevant HR functions as needed
  • Oversee and facilitate essential workforce processes such as onboarding, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding
  • Prepare, review, and issue various HR-related documents and correspondence in accordance with organizational policies and employee needs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in maintaining employee records within HR systems, safeguarding data integrity
  • Conduct regular assessments to verify adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements across all employee lifecycle stages
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery
  • Drive departmental improvements by contributing to transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts
  • Provide support for broader HR programs and initiatives as required



The Successful Applicant

  • University graduates with 3-5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrates a proactive advisory approach, identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions
  • Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively across teams
  • Maintains exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR processes and documentation
  • Excels in organizing and prioritizing tasks to manage workload efficiently
  • Adapts easily to team dynamics, contributing as a collaborative and supportive team member
  • Builds and sustains productive working relationships that enhance workplace effectiveness
  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, navigating challenges with confidence
  • Performs well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with resilience and professionalism
